Our Application Process

We strive to be a company of choice that is recognized by its colleagues, customers, and the community as a company that draws strength, opportunity and financial growth from the diversity of its workforce. We are an equal opportunity employer who supports a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work environment. We foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive regardless of their race, color, religion, national origin, age, citizenship, gender, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and disability.

Please note that job opportunities, processes and terms and conditions of employment will vary in accordance with local country legislation and practices.

Application Submission

You can search and apply for jobs by visiting our Career Center. Once you have created a profile in our system and uploaded your resume, you can apply to any of our current openings. You will receive a confirmation page upon successfully applying for a position.

Application Review

If you meet the qualifications of the position for which you applied, a member of our recruiting team will contact you (note: timing varies depending on position requirements) to schedule a time to discuss your background, experience, career interests and the current opening.

Candidate Interviews

If you are selected for an interview, please be prepared to discuss your skills and abilities, accomplishments, developmental interests, goals and job expectations. Get to know Allied by reviewing materials available our restoration and roofing website. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. We like two-way interviews so come prepared with some questions to ask us.

In some locations and for some positions, during your onsite interview, you may be asked to sign a form authorizing Allied Emergency Services to conduct a pre-employment background check, which may be conducted before an offer of employment is made.

Selection Decision

If selected for a position, you’ll receive a job offer of employment. Depending on the nature of the job and the location, the offer may be contingent on successful results from a background check, medical examination or other requirements.

Some positions have additional requirements due to special features of the work. These may include occupational certifications, professional designations, pre-employment drug screen or physical capability examinations. We will be sure to tell you about any of these requirements.

If you are not selected for a position, please do not be discouraged. We suggest that you return regularly to keep your profile up-to-date and submit a resume for new positions that may interest you.
