About the role

Allied Emergency Services is hiring Remote Appointment Setters to book qualified inspections for our roofing and storm restoration team. You’ll call/text homeowners from inbound leads, warm lists, and follow-up campaigns to set appointments for roof inspections (hail/wind/storm-related). This is a results role—great for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and consistent.

What you’ll do

• Call and text homeowners to set roof inspection appointments

• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows (same-day confirmations)

• Follow scripts and objection handling (provided)

• Update outcomes in our CRM (notes, tags, next steps)

• Coordinate schedules with the field team

Requirements

• Strong phone presence and communication skills

• Quiet work environment + reliable internet

• Smartphone and/or computer for calling/texting/CRM

• Reliable follow-through (show rate matters)

• Sales/telemarketing experience is helpful, but not required

• Owner/decision maker confirmed

• Chicago-area address within our service territory

• Homeowner agrees to a scheduled time window

• Notes captured (concerns, storm date if known, access info)
