Chicago Area Roofing Sales Rep | High Commission

Allied Emergency Services is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to help homeowners after hail/wind storms. This is an outside sales role focused on inspections, documentation, and closing roof/exterior restoration projects. If you’re motivated, coachable, and comfortable talking to homeowners, we’ll provide training, systems, and support to help you ramp fast.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

  • Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and follow-up

  • Perform roof/exterior inspections (hail/wind damage) and photo documentation

  • Explain the restoration process and help homeowners understand next steps

  • Manage appointments, contacts, and follow-up in our CRM

  • Coordinate with production to ensure a smooth handoff after contracts are signed

  • Maintain professional, compliant communication (no misrepresentation)

What you’ll sell

  • Roof replacement / repair (hail & wind)

  • Siding, gutters, windows (when storm-related)

  • Emergency tarping (when needed)

Compensation

This is a performance role. Typical reps earn $80K–$200K+ depending on activity and follow-through.
Comp may include:

  • Commission per signed job

  • Bonuses for volume/quality

  • Optional base/draw depending on experience (discussed during interview)

Requirements

  • Strong communication and reliability

  • Comfortable with door-to-door and meeting homeowners

  • Comfortable climbing ladders / walking roofs or willing to learn (safety first)

  • Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle

  • Smartphone (photos, CRM, scheduling)

  • Sales experience is helpful, but not required if you’re coachable
